Postage and Packing

For safe delivery we use Recorded Signed for.
Recorded Signed for automatically provides us with a receipt to prove that the item has been posted and requires a signature by you on arrival.
On orders over £100 in value we can use Special Delivery if you phone FREEPHONE 0800 849 8028 and request it.
Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery by 12 noon. Asking for a signature on delivery so we can be sure that your item arrived safely.

Salon-Collective: Delivery times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock.
From time to time certain items will go temporarily out of stock - see product availability.

Salon Collective's aim is to despatch an "in stock" order within 2-5 days.
If an item is "awaiting stock" delivery can take 7-14 days.

All "multiple products" packs - count as one item.

First Class Delivery : Salon Collective First Class Delivery is shipped using a combination of Airmail to the destination country and then via the local delivery service.

Delivery Costs :
Within the UK £2.75 for the 1st item and 50p for each subsequent item.
Outside of UK @ £7.50 for the 1st item and £2.50 for each subsequent item.
